We at Clevry are looking for a General Management Trainee to our client Nokia Technologies. The position is part-time and 12 months fixed term employment.
This trainee position is focused on people management, organizational development and internal communication topics. As a General Management Trainee you will have the opportunity to work on many related projects and tasks to support the business needs of Nokia Technologies. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn about global people management topics, yearly people processes and stakeholder management, and we invite your input to develop our internal people communication initiatives. Projects will be a main feature of your work, so you will gain valuable experience in project management.
Ideally you are close to graduating with an interest and studies in the field of human resources management. Some previous work experience in HR or communications is valued. Fluency in both written and oral Finnish and English is a must, and we would like you to be tech-savvy enough to master excel reporting and the use of other Office tools. You should be a people person with a high level of tact, and at the same time have tolerance for routine tasks. Flexible attitude and fast learning skills are appreciated qualities.

Nokia Technologies is focused on licensing valuable Nokia intellectual property, including patents, technologies and the Nokia brand. Building on decades of innovation and R&D leadership in technologies used in virtually all mobile devices used today, Nokia Technologies is expanding our patent licensing business, reintroducing the Nokia brand to consumers through brand licensing, and developing and licensing innovative technologies.
The main responsibilities are
- Working in projects and tasks related to people management, organizational development and internal communication
- Supporting the business needs of Nokia Technologies
- Learning about global people management topics, yearly people processes and stakeholder management
We want from you
- Close to graduating or as minimum, at least halfway through your studies in HR management, communication or another related field
- Strong and positive interpersonal skills and a proactive and diligent approach to accomplishing tasks and excellent presentation and communicational skills
- Fluency in both written and oral Finnish and English
- Strong initiative, analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
- Flexible and courageous attitude and fast learning skills
