We at Clevry are looking an Installation Project Manager for our client Valo Motion. The position is full-time with a permanent contract. You will be hired directly for Valo Motion. The start date for this position will be as soon as possible.
What will you be doing?
As an Installation Project Manager your main task is to manage new installations together with our partners´ project managers. Your work will partly be composed of coordination with partners (i.e. emails and phone calls) and partly practical preparation and installation. The goal is for ValoArena to be installable by external teams, but especially in the beginning it is very important to attend each installation and ensure that the customer receives the best possible experience. Valo Motion provides a possibility for challenging and inspiring work with unique products that make a difference in the world by making people active.

Every ValoArena installation is basically building a 6x8m room with 3D full-body tracking of multiple people, large-format projections and surround sound creating a unique mixed-reality experience. Valo Motion partners with manufacturers in relevant industries to provide a seamless experience for our customers and end users
Responsibilities:
- Managing upcoming installations with the stakeholders (our sales team, partners’ sales teams, and project managers. and customers and their teams)
- Traveling and leading installations on-site as needed
- Onboarding customer staff if on-site for installation (otherwise our customer success team will handle this)
- Managing and developing the hardware for ValoArena with our providers and partners
- Managing and developing our manuals and other documentation for ValoArena
- Supporting our sales team and partners as a technical expert in ValoArena
What you will need to succeed:
- Good working knowledge of AV products, installation, and PC components
- Experience with typical tools and construction equipment
- Experience with management tools such as Asana
- Experience with AV installations and stage or trade show equipment is an asset
- Experience with indoor entertainment or attractions industry is seen as an asset
- Ability to handle multiple roles / projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are bonus
