We at Clevry are looking for a Documentation Specialist for our client Enedo Finland Oy. The position is full-time (37,5h per week) with a permanent contract, and you will be employed via Clevry. The start date for this position will be as soon as possible.
As a Documentation Specialist your main responsibility is to maintain engineering documents and create document packages for factory and production. You will be accountable for managing and administering different technical documents in the document management system – such as drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. You will also ensure that the relevant project members receive access to specific documents. The softwares used in the work is e.g. Aton and AutoCAD – knowledge about these are considered as an advantage. In case needed, relevant training will be arranged.

As a DocumentationSpecialist you will
- Manage and administrate technical documentation of the project in document management system
- Create documentation that meets the regulatory requirements before distributing through the company to implement
- Work closely with colleagues across other departments to ensure that everyone is completing and submitting the necessary documentation
- Other administrative tasks
We excpect
- Educational background or working experience from technical field
- Attention to detail, efficiency and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills in English, Finnish is considered as an advantage
- Proficient general IT skills (particularly in Microsoft 365) and agility in learning new systems
